how can i understand what is the perfect size of bra for me ? i allways use bra but i feel bad & not comfortab

when i wear bra .sometimes my breast going down ...........& feel sometimes loosse.

Go to a good department store or lingerie store (like Victoria's Secret) and have them measure you. Having someone else measure is a lot more accurate than trying to do it yourself. You're not alone... they say most of us are wearing the wrong size bra!

Go to a department store & tell the clerk in the bra department you want to be sized. Sometimes they have someone trained on staff, or sometimes they have someone from bra manufactures do sizings every once in a while during a sale special. They will be able to help you. Or, you can ask at a specialty store, if you have one in your area.

get measured.or do it your self. get a measuring tape then mesure under your breast and then measure on it. if theres a:
1 inch difference then your a A.
2 inch difference then your a B.
3 inch difference then your a C.
4 inch difference then your a D.
5 inch difference then your a DD.
the lenth under your breast is the lenth of the strap. like you coul be a 36 C for all i know, but thats how you know the perfect size.

I would suggest that you visit your nearest lingerie boutique or store, and have them measure you to make sure that you are wearing the correct size.

There are a lot of lingerie stores that will do the measurements for you. Look in your yellow pages for a store that sells mostly lingerie and underthings.
