Yes actually it is possible but you have to be REALLY early in pregnancy and it has to be in the first few days of your first pregnancy like for an example this girl on the Maury show had twins and both twins had diffrent fathers.
I belive she said she slept with the father of the second twin 3 days after she slept with her first twins father.
I am finding it funny how so many people are posting you should go back to school and your a idiot when they are the ones who are saying you can not get pregnant while pregnant, it is possible but it is VERY rare and not many people know it can actually happen.

No!
The reason is, because there are hormonal (Human Chorionic gonadotropin "HCG") and chemical changes that occur in your body, the uterus and ovaries the moment an egg implants itself into the uterine wall. The ovulation and monthly cycle process is turned "off" , therefor no more eggs will be released! No egg released, no "new" fertilization can occur.
Two different eggs on the same day "yes"! At different days, weeks, or months cannot occur no matter what anyone says! Physiologically impossible! HCG is present to keep the first one viable and healthy; and it keeps any other from having that chance.
You probably have twins, and the doctor didn't even know it!
Very common thing to happen; even with ultrasound believe it or not! I have seen it happened! One baby "shadows" the other one, therefor it is missed!

Normally, no, but in rare cases, a woman has ovulated during pregnancy and conceived a second baby. You can check the medical journals for details on this, but it is a very, very, very rare condition.
Non-identical twins are actually two ovum impregnated by two sperm and both of the ovum embed themselves in the uterine wall and become successful pregnancies. But in that case, the ripe ovum are both released from the ovary at the same time, so it isn't quite the same as with an established pregnancy and a new pregnancy.

I hate to be the one to go against the grain, but technically YES! It is very, very uncommon, but sometimes in the first few weeks a woman's ovary will release a second ova, resulting in what looks like faternal twins, actually concieved 3 weeks apart. Your doc will never tell you this, they don't want you to freak. They say it could be the explaination for why some twins are so different in size

If you KNOW you are already pregnant, then the answer is NO.
Some women may ovulate twice in a month (extremely rare). So in that case, yes she can get pregnant with the 1st ovulation, and again with the 2nd ovulation.

You shouldn't BUT...... I do know a girl who got pregnant and she kept getting her period. It turned out that her body was still producing eggs, she went to the dr because she was bleeding and was put on no sex restriction due to the fact that her body was still producing eggs....... So I suppose it COULD happen, but it sounds like some crazy bs to me, I would highly doubt it, and even if they COULD get pregnant already being pregnant it would be awfully hard for the 2nd fetus to survive...............

Actually a really interesting question. My mother in law had twins concieved at different times. One month apart. Considering the fact that twins run in her family dosnt mean everyone can have this happen to them. The twins were a month apart for everything crawling sitting up walking teeth growing in talking everything. it is crazy to believe but hey thats life.

Definitely not. When a female becomes pregnant her body stops releasing an egg (ovulating) therefore she can not become pregnant again until after she has given birth.

I'm not a doctor, but I am almost nearly absolutely positive: NO. I don't want to type out all of the details of the female's body, but while one thing is going on, another can't. If a female's body is busy growing a baby and nourishing it, it isn't going to start all over again and grow 2 separate babies.

In the SAME day if you dropped TWO eggs and one got fertilized, the other can become fertilized the next day... which would result in faternal twins... so... yes... but as far as being a month, two months, etc pregnant and getting pregnant again, I highly doubt it.
