No, probably not. You cannot get your period after conception. You can have spotting that can appear to be like a period, but you can't actually get a period. And, you usually don't gain very much weight the first couple of months. Has she recently started taking birth control? If so, that can cause weight gain. If she isn't on birth control, she needs to be!

there is a chance. Once you becom pregnant you may have one final period. When you are pregnant and you go to the doctors to find out when you are due, they take it that you were fertilized on the first day of your last period.
Even though you had protected sex, no form of contraception is 100%, so there is always a chance of getting pregnant.
Do a test find out for sure!

I believe it is possible for someone to have a period and be pregnant at the same time but it is very rare. Not completely sure so you should look it up on wikipedia or something. I had a techer that didn't know she was pregnant but she still had normal periods so def check it out.

Do you have any reason to think her weight gain is anything other than weight gain? Has she told you that she thinks she might be pregnant? If not, she's most likely not.

when your on your period you usually get bloated. it might just be that. sometimes also girls think they are pregnant and it's like mind over matter. psychologically they are always hungry. is she on birthcontrol? sometimes that can cause weight gain. now unless the condom broke, the chances of her being pregnant are 0.1%. if you really feel uncomfortable get a pregnancy test done.

not very likely
most likely she's just gaining weight because she eats too much, has become less active, or has hormonal problems. If she's on the pill, that could be the culprit

I doubt it, however it is possible to have a period while you are pregnant. Have her take a home pregnancy test.
