my friend is born on 6th febraury 1979..( noon)....she has finished her studies with a very great difficulty..now she is in search of the job..at the same time ,her family is in a process of searching an alliance for her...my friend is always depressed and worried about her future..can any one tell when she will get a job n get married....and how would be her future( AS SHE IS ALWAYS WORRIED.)

You are missing a lot of information. To truly be able to do anything astrological you would need not only her birth date but birth time (exact) and location so that you could determine latitude and longitude. Further more that would just be an natal chart of who your friend is - there are specific chart in which you could do a progression chart which would chart through out her life.
Even with out an astrology chart you just stated as much about her as a natal chart would give you.
