i have this friend and she has a boyfriend and she is in love with him....but there is this other guy that she kinda likes.....she asked me what she should do...what should i tell her???

Well if she is in love with her boyfriend why is she in like with another guy? Sounds to me like she doesn't really love her boyfriend (probably just puppy love). If you guys are young (which it sounds like you are), tell her to go with her gut instinct, she doesn't want to regret stuff later in life...
