Not yet but I am sure within the next decade it will become an option/mandatory for prisoners and then an option given to parents as a way to keep track of their kids...
Hey they are doing to your pets already so why not your kid?

Ok people, i'm not saying this is factual, because I heard some people talking about it at work. They were saying that people should be careful about allowing microchips to be inserted into their bodie's, they were saying that, that was one of the ways that the anti-christ, will trick people into marking them, with the mark of the beast. I just sat there and listened.

Countries? I don´t think so, but in some, people use some tiny satellite locating devices under their skin, just in case they get kidnapped.
