i dont hate england. i live and work in france but grew up in england. just because you hate the government / small group of people in that country never justifies a huge generalisation. yes, i do hate the way the british government does whatever the american government tells it to and i hate the way all 3 political parties are the same. but that doesn't mean that the majority of britons should be hated. on the same principle i would say i disagreed with the american government a lot, but im sure the usa is a wonderful country in parts.

Its cos their so bloody arrogant and full of themselves. Sorry but you will always be the auld enemy, i don't know any of my friends or family that like the English. They have brought it on themselves, i know its not the 1300' s anymore but history is history. They starved people and tried to breed them out and for centuries they ruled by force over other nations. They tried to rule the whole world, but you went to America and got your *** kicked. The English have had major battle with just about every country in history simply because they wanted it all.

That why most nations don't really like the English, for example football, most foreign countries dread the English football fans arriving because most of the time they go on a rampage and bring disgrace and embarrassment.

The majority of English are very nice people. Having lived in several European countries and been to the state few times, the British -with no exaggeration- are the most civilised people on earth. I'm not English, but I live there.

Oh dear. So much for world peace, it's obviously never going to happen with Yahoo Answers around, allowing everyone to throw insults, make sweeping generalisations & promote false stereotypes of one another.
Why don't we all just learn about each other's cultures, but accept the differences? (I'm from UK BTW)

to princess 414 don't knock what you haven't tried, at least English men wash regularly, I would imagine from a woman's point point of view that would improve the experience, but personally I couldn't face shagging a ginger minging scot that has never heard of deodorant

I've made so many friends...

What is the purpose of your question, sir (I'm presuming you are male)? I dislike oiks who try to turn an otherwise serious (most of the time) room into a moronic circus.

I do, and I'm one of us! I hate the British. Stupid backward little island... I'm gonna take advantage of the education system then leave this country as soon as possible.
