Stallworth (now an Eagle) is joining a team that likes to spread the ball around. Until Owens got there, there wasn't a "go to" receiver on the team. So you'll have like five guys with 3-4 catches and 5-6 yards, none of them viable fantasy options. It remains to be seen if the Eagles will do the same with Stallworth.
So, I'd go with Moss for that reason and that he's playing the Titans and their lackluster pass defense.

Moss.
With Portis likely out, Old Man Brunell is going to have to pass more to carry the load. Minnesota doesn't have a great secondary, so Moss should do quite well.
It's always nice to have a player on Monday night too...
Wait to see how Week 1 goes for the Eagles receivers. They need to establish the pecking order between Westbrook, LJ Smith, Greg Lewis, Reggie Brown and D. Stallworth.

Id go with Stallworth. Cause despite what these other people are talking about, Minnesota has a Great secondary.
Cause you have Antione Winfield covering Moss. And he is a top 10 CB.

Go with Moss man he's totally better then Stallworth and now he doesn't have Horn on the other side..soo defenders will be all over him.

Any team that plays Houston, has a great chance of racking up a lot of points. I would to with Stallhworth I think McNabb has something to prove and he will do it via Donte.
