basiclly what i want to know is that according to day should i have different players starting on my roster. if mcnabb is playing on sunday and bledsoe is playing on monday can i get the benifits of the points for both qbs. same goes for any of the ohter positions

Not unless the league has multiple QB's (or other positions.) You can only start one QB if there is one starting QB in the league settings. You can start multiple players if they are listed as starters, i.e. if your league starts 3 WR than you get points for all 3.

No, the lineups are set up for the week. Not for the day. If you have McNabb manning your QB spot, once his game has started you cannot remove him.
