Do you mean for highest pay? Do you mean for steady work? Do you mean for best school districts for your kids? Most night life for you?

It is hard to find enough masons along the Gulf Coast since Katrina. They are essentialy writing their own checks and getting what they ask for price wise.

I'd start by looking at the states with the greatest population growth, which would mean almost any state from Florida, west to Arizona. I was in Texas last year, and I saw a LOT of development in more than one city.
