Analyze your diet. If you are eating alot of fast food, fried foods, or sugars that can directly affect your complexion. Adjust accordingly. Otherwise, simply use regular soap on your face to dry up the acne that's there already. Make sure you do not touch your face at all throughout the day, that is also another way acne tends to flare up. Don't pick or rub any of the existing blemishes. In fact when washing your face, use a facecloth instead. Do not use any oil-based products on your face ever (ie: liquid makeups, blushes, etc...). Use water-based. Drink lots of water, stay away from sodas or anything with alot of sugar and caffeine. This actually makes a difference, I know it does for me. I have a very fair complexion.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I am an Arbonne skincare consultant. You will really appreciate these products if you give them a chance. All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested, organic offerings, no animal testing, no animal by-products, botanically based (plant based). We are very popular for our anti-aging sets. We have seen them work wonders and change many people's lives. The acne line is awsome. I use them myself. I battled acne all my life and I've tried it all from the at home natural remedies to the proactiv to the dermotologist. Nothing worked for me until I was introduced to arbonne. Please take a look for yourself and discover what Arbonne can do for you too. Go to arbonne.com enter consultant ID#16329378. If you are not able to place an order or would like further help please email me at jca0205@yahoo.com. I would love to assist you in any way possible. I would even like for you to look at some before and after pics. They are awsome!!!

Try Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel. I'm not sure of any natural cures, but this product worked great for me.

Vitamin E oil is good at fixing scars, but it may cause more blemishes since you have to apply it directly to the area. Good luck.

When I was a teen, my mother used pure coco butter and it didn't disappear altogether but the scars faded enough that when I applied foundation (even lightly) you could not see the scars.
