Eat greasy, fried foods, lots of cake and doughnuts, and BOOM! You'll have two butts, no waist, flabby arms and thighs, and a faceload of pimples before you know it...ha!
It's a fun and a great pleasure to eat all the things you love, but trust me - when you have to take the fat off, it takes all the things you might hate doing. Be careful...

Go to GNC and ask about weight gain supplements
You have work out in conjunction with it or you'll just get fat.

Do hardly anything, like stay on the computer ot watch TV, and eat a lot of snacks while doing that, trust me it happened to my cousin.

it's advertised for weight loss, but it can be used for weight gain too!
check it out online and ask your distributor for help with the secrest to use it for weight gain!
