If I'm just a bit sad I eat ice cream or go running. If I'm very very sad I put on the worst romantic songs ever and cry my heart out just to get it out of my system.

When I'm sad, I play with my daughter, or if I'm alone, I play my favourite music very loudly.

When I'm sad I play myself some Beatles records and sing and dance around like I'm 9 again...it's even better when doing it with one of your close friends.

You can't do anything - this guy probably doesn't even know you like him. Why not talk to him and drop some hints you like him? It makes no sense to sit in the backround and obsess about someone who doesn't even know you like them.
