You go to speak and have two words floating in your head before you do, so instead of just saying one, you end up combining the two?
Instead of saying to someone today " Have a good weekend", I said "Have a gwood weekend" combining great and good.

Yes! That happens to me too! I want to say, "See you later" and it will come out as "See lou water". I quickly correct myself. Or if I am think of something while talking to someone, I will combine the word I was thinking of and the word I wanted to say.

I do that all the time. My husband gets a good laugh from me.I was thinking of a cab and taxi at the same time. it came out cabitax.Another was 2 friends. Andy and Wanda.Came out Wandy. I think it's quite common and funny at times.

Yes!!! Great question! Today someone asked how I was doing right as I was asking them how they were doing. I asked and answered in the same sentence. It came out like "How are good?" I felt stupid so I made fun of myself in front of the person.

lol! yes! It is okay normally but it always seems to happen when you are talking to someone important at work or someone who you are little attracted too and meeting for the first time.
