Why in the world is there SOOOooo much red tape in Texas Real Estate Commission?

Why does it always take weeks just to process a simple form. I need to get a certified license history (3 years) and it is going to take about a month once I submit the form.

You have to remember the Texas Real Estate Commission is a government office. And, the word "slow" and the word "government" are almost synonymous!
