When i boot up my machine, i pressed delete and got into the BIOs screen and went to "Boot"
It says the following
1:ATAPI CD rom [none]
2:IDE hard drive [none]
3: removable hard drive [ATAPI MO}
4:Other boot device {INT18 Device newtwork]

does this mean that i have no hard drive? or that it it broke?

It dosent boot up at all, just says boot failure ,insert boot disk

open your pc make sure everything is unplugged
disconnect all cables from the hard drive and cd rom take those cables off the mother board to. then put them back on make sure they are in good
make sure you pay attention when you take the cables off
there will be a red stripe running down the side of the cable
make sure that red stripe is on the same side when you put the cables back on
try to boot up again
if that doesnt work
if you have access to another computer take the cables out of it and hook them up to your HD and cd rom and see if it works
if it still doesnt work maybe your mobo is dying
good luck

i'd commence with IDE0 and artwork my way down the list. see you later as you do not have more desirable than one bootable demanding force in that list, you ought to discover the right one someplace therein - assuming your fix worked, that's.
