Not a sleeping bag, but I have been wrapped up in blankets or tied up in sheets before, which is almost the same thing. You can use nearly anything with a little imagination.

Darling, you should consider plastic wrap. Imagine being totally naked, your hands bound behind you, then your body up to your neck in plastic wrap. Sounds totally delicious. For a super yummy experience, include your whole head, with only a straw to breathe through. Succulent!
