Yes this is true.
PMT is pre or post menstrual tension, depending on the woman, the hormones released at these times can create havoc with a woman's moods.

Obviously those who surround her are going to feel the effects. Be they men, women, children or animals, it makes no difference.

I usually take my PMT out on something inanimate such as the wall, or smash a bottle etc. I always clean up afterwards.

Some lucky women are not affected by PMT and can lead relatively normal lives around the time of their period.

PRE MENSTRUAL TENSION.We have all experienced tension in our lives and for a women during pmt it could have no symptoms to really bad ones like cold sweats, panic attacks and even manic depression

On the humorous side men use pmt as an excuse for a woman who is not afraid to speak what's on her mind and give an honest opinion.

But as a husband and father you should just deal with it.We women need all the love you can give when we go through this

Um, is that the same as PMS? Anyway, it's not necessarily true that the man will suffer from it. Not every woman will lash out at the men around her, and men can escape a PMSing woman, but the woman doing the menstruating can't escape the aches and pains and irritability that come with it!

I guess some men are unfortunate enough to share an extension of the pain however ;-)

Ooh now you've started something lol.

Yeah women get PMT but we just snap at stupid stuff men do which we normally just 'put up' with. Like selfish husbands never letting us have a lie in 'cos he's too lazy to get up with the kids' (gggrrr guess why I'm awake).

Some men are very lazy and it annoys women. Like when the woman goes to work and the man stays home with the kids but never does any housework AT ALL so the wife has to do it when she gets home.

And if you tell me to get back into the kitchen I'll hit you with the frying pan lol

Honey, if Momma ain't happy; ain't nobody gonna be happy.
That saying exists for a reason. Get used to it.

So, You post a question like this in Women's Health and expect what; exactly?? Also if you are going to come into our parlor and complain at least know what you're complaining about; PMS perhaps PCOD? PCOS??
