Oregon newts love earthworms, wax worms, silkworms, red wigglers, crickets, and small fish! Frogs will eat almost anything they can get in their mouths!

Wax worms are better for frogs. Also small crickets. Mealworms are not that great as they have the shell which is hard for them to digest. Just keep in mind that the "food" should not be too large for the frog to put into its mouth.

it quite relies upon on what you're fishing for. however if this is small fish like bluegill, trout, etc then you definately might do greater suitable on wax worms because of the fact length night crawlers are for greater suitable fish like bass, catfish, etc. yet once you shrink the night crawler into smaller sizes then you definately ought to seize the smaller fish yet i choose for to propose you employ wax worms.
