With that kind of rent you need to be earning at least £1500 a month between you to enjoy yourselfs. you can chuck a £100 on that for council tax, £60 for gas/electrictiy, £16 for a tv liscence, between £20 and £50 for water rates, food can range between £160 and £400 for food if you want to eat nice, £30 for telephone and and £20 for broadband.i'd also add £100 just incase because something will always break.
it an't cheap but it's worth it, also think about how much you value your friendship because no matter how good mates you are, you WILL wind each other up. the rest of the cash is for beer, thats the most important thing. me and my girlfriend take home about £1900 between us and we're always skint, sky tv is also cool, sky plus with mutliroom will cost about £50 per month for the full package

Good for you, but a warning.
The cost financially between 3 of you is affordable.
£120 p/m council tax is about the biggest bill, but do sensible things like turning off the elec supply to the TV etc at night to keep the bills down.
You will figure it out.
My warning is, it's hard to live with friends.
Have a backup plan (other than mum & Dad).
Treat the home the way you would like your own to be treated, and ensure your friends do to.
Good luck.

you will each be responsible for your own council tax, and of course you should have been told about a months deposit in advance which should be returned if everything is in the same condition as at first occupation.
depending on the size of the property it is difficult to to work out gas and electric but i would put away around £10 per week per person (this is estimate) you ned to find out about water rates and if they are included in the rental, it is advisable to take an inventry of everything in the house even in the garden and shed if there is one but the basics are.council tax/gas/ elec water rates as these are essential and always ask he letting agent about extra charges if any and these should be on any agreement you sign

While I can't speak to the monetary costs, one of the hidden costs could be the friendship. Be certain this will work before you get involved. Business often destroys friendships, no matter how hard you try to keep it separate.

tell your moms and dads about those ingredient and shop me printed. i know how you experience. a simaler ingredient occurred to me, i replaced into truly freacked out because i actully said someone in my room. extraordinary. try also, after telling your moms and dads, to brign in a speciailst or call the police. besides the undeniable fact that the police do not charge and they can do alot of ingredient, so bypass with the police.

FIRST MONTH, LAST MONTH, AND SECURITY DEPOSIT. TH ATS ABOUT $1650 THEN DEPENDING WHERE YOU ARE THE UTILITIES COULD BE MAYBE $100 FOR ELECTRIC, $100 FOR GAS, $50 FOR WATER, $25 FOR PHONE, AND MAYBE $60 FOR CABLE. TH ATS IF YOU GUYS ARE CONSERVATIVE. ITS HARD TO TELL IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH OF EACH UTILITY YOU GUYS USE. I WOULD ADD A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST IN CASE.
