I take a Xanax, Effexor, Remeron and BuSpar before i go out in public, do you think thats too many things?

I used to take those too.Along with Xanax and Valium.I just had to make a choice that I wanted to be drug free.Those prescriptions only work temporarily.

how about chasing them with a beer? you sound like a nervous person. a lot of times medications arent needed for most symptoms. its all in the person's mind. i dont take medications except for neck pain.
