I'm not sure, but shouldn't there be some sort of central office where people can hand in stuff that they find in cabs? I would try finding a phone number for the black cab office, failing that you could try contacting the police station that was nearest to where you were, to see if they can help. You never know, the cab driver may have handed your keys in there. Good luck!

sorry but theres nothign you can do - i don't know any cab drivers who hand in what they find - your just going to have to get some new ones
