I would say so. I mean I don't know the guy personally, but I would say the redneck is quite the racist.

I dunno but in all the scandal sheets it is saying that Bush and Condi Rice are having an affair........lol
Kinda hard to be racist and be sleeping with a black woman.
But to be serious, I do not think he is racist. I live in Texas and have seen him and his wife associate with all races.
And if he was racist then he damn sure would not have put Condi Rice in his administration.
