Ok this happens after you hit the power button and the fans start up...
Does the monitor stay blank . I will check on the beep count for you!
But till then . Open the computer and che to see if everything is seated ok . Push on the memory strips and other add in cards you have . Look at all connections , see if they are all secure. Start it up and see if the processor fan turns and other fans that may be in there .
HEY FOUND IT . Check memory . Did you just install new ?
Beep code says that it cannot find 100mhz memory installed.
Maybe one is loose? I would remove all but the first one. If it beeps. Change it for another . Just one at a time till it doesnt beep. then add one into the next slot . If you have mixed mem. Some are not compatible with others . Both may be good but not together. Make certain they are 100s not 133 s although normally it doesnt matter .

If you have added memory recently, make sure that it is seated in the DIMM properly. If it is, then swap them around in the slots. Look up your BIOS manufacturer on the web and find their "beep" codes. Reset your power source. I'm guessing now, because I can't look up the codes for you, I don't know whose BIOS that you are running.

I do not know exactly; however, I have had NOTHING but BAD experiences with 'Dell' computers and have sworn them off.
