Yes, just don't get it too close to the "important parts". You might experience some burning... if so, rinse it off. The best way is waxing, but that is also temporarily painful. I haven't had good experience with nair on "down there hair" because it is thick and coarse.

Closely cover the Vulvar Cavity and Labia etc with wet cotton. Trim the Hair (down south) closely with a trimmer. Then, spread some good depilatory cream over the trimmed area. After you are done wash and wipe. Finally use Witch Hazel as an astringent.

yeap but make sure she uses it carefully and follows the exact directions given....i think a bladeless razor and the nair lotion would work
