We e-mail and i see her alot at school in the halls but she doesnt come over to me and talk. It may seem like no big deal but it is for me. I always go over and talk to her. Im okay with it but do you think if i tlak to her more often she would like me more?

Confront her. Come right out & ask her if she'd rather you not call her & ask her if she'd rather you not walk up to her at school to talk with her. maybe she's not as forward as you are. Maybe she'd rather be left alone. Wouldn't it be better knowing which it is instead of always guessing?
