No. To say men are not as smart is to deny all the great MALE geniuses and inventors of history. In fact, most, (probably 95%+) of all the great inventions and ideas that shape our lives today, weather as a man or woman, are the work of men.
Men are muscularly stronger due to nature. Men have denser muscles and more muscle mass. Men's bodies are designed for manual labor and defense, while women's bodies are designed for child bearing and nurturing.
I know, this isn't 'politically correct', but it is true.

More to the point...what is the proportional difference? Are women smarter than men are stronger or is it the other way around? Which has the greater potential to close the gap? What kind of intelligence vs. what kind of strength? Fun questions to ask but tough ones to answer.
