We've know each other for over eight years. We've dated each other two different times. Both times separated on good terms, just not the right time for each other. He always ends up calling me again thou. Maybe just friends?? What do you think.

I have the same problem... Here is the scoop:

He may see you as a sister, a good friend, an advisor but if he has a gf, he doesnt see you as a potential... either that or he just cares about you and wants to stay connected in anyway that he can... even if that means you are just his friend.

If your friendship is comfortable, let it be... if you feel that he is trying to rebound, let him know where he stands. Remember eight years is a long time to know someone... he may feel a strong bond with you... take it as a compliment.

It relies upon on how plenty time has handed. If it is been a protracted volume of time, you have the two matured somewhat. If it is nicely worth a try, take it sooner or later at a time and make certain communique is sparkling. do no longer rush into something. Use protection if there is any sexual touch. in reality, if the two of you has had a sexual considerable different, you will desire to the two be examined at a sanatorium if the dating is heading that direction. Take it sluggish and get to comprehend and appreciate one yet another with your clothing on. communicate, be trustworthy and affected person with one yet another and if there's a confrontation ( it is human), communicate - do no longer scream. take a glance on the enormous image and make your decision. p.s. save your dating a private count. no person needs to comprehend what is going on between you. No information to all of us different than you're mutually. good success.

Unfortunately we all have a hard time with loss and change, especially if you were with him for a long time. More than likely he is feeling some loss, however, its not fair to you or her when he makes contact with you since it will not allow either one of you to move on.
Remember there probably is a better reason your not together now or else you would be.
Remain cautious since this type of communication hinders a relationship for you in the future with someone else!!!

Who knows, maybe the RIGHT time has come. You can only find out by seeing him. I suggest a lunch in a crowded resturant. Sounds like you are interested or the question wouldnt be here. Even so are you also READY if he is interested. Maybe you both are playing games?

Not knowing the kind of conversation you and he are having, it's really hard to give an opinion. Sometimes people don't realize what they have lost until it's not there any more, but after 8 years you should know if it's friendship.

He either wants some or figures out that other girls just aren't you. If you've known each other that long it could be friendship, but most relationships like that end and it becomes apparent that friendships are a bad idea.

I think that he really does still love you. You should give him a try. If he is willing to make the first move then he must be a nice guy. But if her messes up again just tell him that it is over for good.

Leave it as friends, don't let him tie up your life, if he has a girlfriend, It is nothing wrong with being friends!! Want more for yourself, get out their and find some one who will be true to you, because you are worth it.
