Can pre-ejaculatory fluid passed first from the penis to the mouth then to an other mouth by a kiss and then finally to the vagina be enough to make a woman pregnant, or does whatever sperm it contains die in the process?

If I remember correctly, sperm (even pre-ejaculatory) can survive for 48 hours outside of a body.

It can cause pregnancy. That is why the withdrawal method doesn't work. Not to be rude, but whatever the hell you were doing doesn't really sound like a situation a baby should be brought into. Maybe you should try to be a little more responsible. Pregnancy IS preventable.
