NOT something baby-related! She's going to get enough of that from baby showers and elsewhere; her birthday needs to be about her. Get her something that you'd get her any other time, and don't let the fact that she's pregnant influence your shopping - unless you'd normally get her a gift certificate for a stomach-punching or a fall down a flight of stairs.

Since clothes aren't a good idea, I would say get her something nice that she's probably not doing for herself now. I would suggest something like a pedicure that can make her feel good about herself. Go with her too...that way you can enjoy the gift as well!

buy her a certificate to have professional pictures taken while she is pregnat, i have pictures done from all three of my pregnancies and my kids and boyfriend love to look at them all the time!! Most women look so beautiful when pregnant. Getting pictures done will give her a chance to dress up and feel beautiful even when we sometimes think we don't look our best!! =)
