yes, i do. sincerely "they" do look much like a humans but with a few amusing abilities, and yes, i did and do see sometimes when "they" wanted me to, the reasons cause i'm from a family of black magic practitioners, so its a must even so i've no intention of doing so first, and ghosts is actually the spirit of the deceased so 'they" are different from the devils which are bound by fire and hatred, though there are some ghost that can alter "themselves" to become a devil where "they" have made an oath of vengeance in angst before "they" die or making a curse upon "themselves" toward the living. but believe me that demons is another case, "they" don't share the emphasis that we have and "they" are far more deadly and dangerous than any ghosts or devils you can spoke of, as 'they" have "their" own personal agenda to accomplish where "they" will use, manipulate, or dispose of anyone or anything that stand in "their" way, directly or indirectly.
and its not fictions nor supersitions.

There was a storey in the 'Sun' news paper yesterday that might interest you and this storey is supposed to be a truly documented case history. It tells us of a young Scottish boy who has been telling his parents, schoolteachers etc of a previous life. The lad maintains that his mother and father lived on an island off the Scottish coast and described a house on the island in detail giving details that no one could possible know he even gave details of secret passages within the house and described his previous mother and father whom he apparently loved very much. As the lad is only about seven or eight and during this this life never been to the particular island. The authorities were 'gob smacked, when every single detail proved to be true.

first of all ghost is another name for spirits and spirits r very real . based on their religion or belief some people will not agree wit me, but when one dies the actual mortal body dies not the soul. the soul is basically the immortal body otherwise known as the spirit and this can never die.the saying goes that when a person dies a cruel or gruesome death their soul is really not at peace henceforth they roam the earth restlessly and appear into the forms of other beings , some do not wish to harm but instead torment as they themselves r not at peace . whether you call them ghosts apparitions or spirits it does exist and r very real . some people can see them others can`t therefore they don`t believe in them. it is up to you if u wanna believe or not i can say they r real becaus since i was a young i`ve seen them so i can account for that.

No No No. There is no such thing as ghosts, or aliens, or fairies.
All the reports and stories you hear are the results of peoples overactive imagination. The mind can play amazing tricks on us and these so called sightings and hauntings are just pure imagination. People make a lot of money out of others that tend to believe in this kind of thing.

Hamlet is speaking to a doubting friend about his father's ghost. Well, that doesn't prove anything, but it is a fact that we don't have all knowledge and therefore anything is possible. This applies very much to those who will ridicule Christians for their beliefs. An OPEN mind is the only kind capable of receiving knowledge.

Having seen one, yes, I do believe ghosts are really. But I don't believe the usual explanation of them, that they're spirits who haven't ascended to heaven yet. What I believe is that we have some sort of connection with the universe, which somehow causes our energy to appear as ghosts. I'm most inclined to agree with JW's explanation, above.

When I saw one my brother and I were walking home with out friend Jamie. We went past Jamie's house (about 30 metres away from it) and saw a woman in Jamie's bedroom window who we assumed was his mum. We waved and carried on towards my house. When we got to my house, Jamie's mum was here having a coffee with my mum. As our houses are only two minutes away by foot, it's impossible that his mum could have got here before us (even by car we would have beaten her) and Jamie lives only with his mum, nobody else had a key to his place. Also, Jamie's house was all boarded up before he and his mum moved in there. We called it the 'abandoned house' for a long time. Strange :-S

well, ghosts can exist in the mind, in the mind you can create anything. And what gives the belief about ghosts is the present surrounding now, eg: films, stories, and other horrific or realistic things. Personally, i think ghosts are just fiction.

I have seen ghosts. I grew up with a little girl ghost in my house in Chicago. She was murdered and buried in the basement. She left me lots of clues over the years. I think her father did it. She really liked my Dad. He is a great guy. She would show herself to me, my mom, and my Grandma. The worst was when my cat, Fuggy saw her in my bedroom! He looked like he touched an electric wire! I've got family photos thru the years, where she appears in the background. my favorite was when we built the new pool, and my swing set is in the background. It took 14 years for us to notice, she's on the swing set, and no one was in the backyard at the time...I took the photo, and I was in the house, and 21 at the time.

i think ghosts are real but they might not be what everyone thinks they may be images from the future or past, from some sort of temporal time loop or just a residual memory or energy that feeds on other energy sources and then can materialise for us to see
