well the choosen premises have to be checked out for safety reasons,etc with the council.................ring the enviromental health section they should be able to help you.

as far a equipment youll need a counter fridge and a stand up fridge freezer, work surface, hats and aprons boxes to put fillings in knifes etc The shop should have wipable surfaces tiles etc

My brother in law has a sandwich shop and i think he he spent 8 grand doing it up but the shop was a gutted mess and needed plastering new ceiling etc so if the premises were decent you could do it for much less.

ps his best selling stuff is paninis and spicey chicken filling for sarnies
