My son & my niece are 4 days apart in age. While they are still too young to protest (lol) my sister & I dress them alike for Halloween. Their first Halloween, they were Mickey & Minnie Mouse, last year, they were Peter Pan & Tinkerbell. Does anyone have any cute "couple" ideas for this year? We were thinking 50s Sock Hop, but while it is cute for a girl, it is not much of a costume for a boy. I live in the South so the weather will likely be warm.

here's some ideas: bo-peep a fairy a marionette doll (with the red circle cheeks, curled hair, a flouncy dress, vivid eyelashes and strings attached of course) a facebook/myspace page (use cardboard) someone from a certain time period 50s,60s,70s,80s(very fun!) or from medieval/rennaissance commonly known fictional charachter or a fairytale character-Rapunzel, etc. This one is pretty cheesy but one of you could string small ceral boxes on a piece of rope then stick forks thru the boxes and wear it around your neck (hence THE CEREAL Killer)get it?? Yeah that one might be to "gay" for you (since 13yr olds who do matching costumes are) but its just a suggestion.

The 50'2 sock hop is a great idea just dress the boy up as a greaser. Blue jeans and a t-shirt and grease his hair back. It would be adorable. Also you could do the fireman and dalmation costumes. My cousins did that one it was so cute.

Raggedy Ann and Andy.
Woody and... oops! Can't think of her name from Toy Story II.
Beauty and the Beast.

There are several literary couples you can dress them up as. Have fun and use your imagination.
