Another thing you can do, when you watch TV programs try and catch the Website so you can browse etc.
If its games, then you should really use a search engine.

Search engines can help very much. Just type in what you are searching for (any term you know that could be on that site) and search via those engines.
Yahoo.com (or co.uk) is a good engine, yet I prefer to use Google.com.
