Buy the 2007 writers handbook for screenplays and scripts. It has a list a places to submit your stuff, or try sending it to various literary agents and they will try to get it purchased. Screenplays are hard to sell though. Everyone in California either has one or is working on it.

Do what they do in movies....move to Los Angeles, get a job with a fancy catering company as a waiter and pitch,pitch,pitch...eventually you may pitch to the right person. I heard that's how Stallone sold Rocky but that could just be an urban legend.

You need an agent.

You may wish to test run it at sites like zoetrope.com, triggerstreet.com, cinefuse.com or netflim.com to see how well it goes over.

Each has enrollment requirements, so check it out
