Before you jump the gun and say that he's a racist, let's analyze his comments. Is it because of his observations? Who else agree with him with his perception of Cubans and Puerto Ricans? Before you answer, let me give you this example: Who is more likely to react aggressively towards a hostile situation? Whites, Blacks, Asians, Puerto Ricans, Chinese, Japanese, etc?

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger apologized Friday for saying during a closed-door meeting that Cubans and Puerto Ricans are naturally feisty and temperamental because of their combination of "black blood" and "Latino blood." He said the tape-recorded comments "made me cringe" when he read them in Friday's Los Angeles Times.

Heck, one of the women he was referring to considers herself a "hot blooded" Hispanic. She knew what he meant and was not offended by his comments--I don't think they were racist. Those statements alone may sound racist, but not if you hear the whole conversation. Out of context again. Why is every word anyone utters analyzed for 'racism'? If you're really that obsessed with race--look in the mirror!

Who will jump to use aggression in a hostile situation...hm...lemme think...OH! George W. Bush! And he's, white, I believe...as are his cadre of Right-wing, Bible-thumping neo-Nazis, who are trying to convert the entire Middle East to Christianity at the point of a gun!
As for Arnold? He finally realized he couldn't make a decent movie so he became governor! Worked for Reagan.

Arnold is an idiot. This is why it is my belief that ONLY people BORN in this country can run for political office no matter what level that office is. i.e. Federal, State, Local.

We are guaranteed freedom of speech by our constitution. If someone doesn't like what he says, well, too bad.
(Well, we are free to say whatever we want as long as the ACLU says it's ok... If you disagree with them, you're a racist, hobophopic, religious, nazi, zealot, etc....)

It was racist. Don't rationalize it. It is still racist.
Even he agrees it was racist. If not why did he apologize?
