there are alot of options.
1. get the heads done
2. exhast system, go to 3 in.
3. intake kit, K&N for $175 and it will give 13hourse power
go to auto zone and they will show you how many hourse power you get in each stage.

put in a k&n airfilter is the easyest
thease cars usally have plenty of power unles its an auto trans
they always seam gutless
on your oxy sensor question your car has only 1 not the 2 your best answer said that would be after 96 they put in the 2nd one to see if the cat is working
