If you saw a fight would stand by and watch or would you do something?

Depends. If it looked pretty fair, both giving and both getting pretty evenly then I'd probably watch for while then call the cops. If it is was unfair as in 2+ on one or an obvious mismatch then I would call the cops immediately.

call the cops, stand clear, hide and watch if it was two strangers or people with weapons. It isn't my place to get in the middle of it, but it is my place to do something about it.

Depends on the situation as far as weapons etc. I have been known to break up fights.

I would definitively do something ...How could I just sit idly while something like that is happening ...of course I'd run to the store and buy some chips and a beer to come back and enjoy the fight :-)

if it were my family or friends, or even a child or an elderly person I'd step in and do something.. if it were someone I didnt know like 2 guys or 2 girls, I'd just call the cops

Depends on who was fighting and what they were doing. I'd probably watch but stay out of the way... or take pictures.

I call the cops everytime but they keep telling me it is a boxing match and is ok.

relies upon who it is. If it is a pal or somebody i comprehend then i'm going to purpose to intervine. If it is somebody i do no longer understand, i might call somebody, i does not in simple terms stand there. i'm no longer one to break up fights.

Call the police to break it up. Who knows which one of them is the victim and which one is the person who started it - leave that to the police - they are trained for it and I'm not.
