what would you do if you ruled the world?

I would build lots of homes for the poor communities. Build a huge building for the women who has been abused and are on the streets. I would make sure that every children in the world has plenty of food to eat.

Rule the planet? First it has to be conquered, being that most people are'nt too keen on the idea of having one world leader. I'll need a very large and well equipped military to maintain the occupation after the destructive aftermath of conquest. Those that don't acquiese to my demands would have to be eliminated, even if it's an entire country. Once everyone is under total control than a plan of rebuilding can be in order. First a planetary scale plan of food, transportation, and health will be implemented. Then an education process that can bring people up to their full potential, but will not disrupt the established govt. One language, one law, limited religious expansion, but multi-religions allowed. Once these are achieved, than a plan for the continuous proper care of Earth will be established. From there we go to the Moon, Mars, and eventually the stars.
Look at what the human race has accomplished technologically, even with all the bickering. Imagine what we can do if we all worked together.
By the way, have you ever seen the movie, "The Forban Project?" It was made in the sixties, but worth seeing regarding a rogue computer with very big ambitions. Check it out.
