i'm a guy, i think they look ridiculous. so its nothing attractive to me. i dnt see the point in putting paint in yur hair

actually some guys highlight their hair too now, and that includes the straight ones! Some people just like to take care of their appearance, clearly you don't.

Maybe you don't like it but a lot of guys do. That's why it's your opinion. My boyfriend happens to like my hair better with blonde highlights rather than my hair just being dark. It's all about personal preference.

Well I have dark hair and I like to streak my hair with red or purple. I do it because I think it does look good. I always get compliments- I get it professionally done so it doesn't look like crap. Some people like to dye their hair while others don't. It's all just personal preference.....

It's not only girls that highlight there hair, guys do it as well.
Most people put highlights in there hair to achieve a look or to be noticed. I love changing my look, my fiance loves it to.
So if you don't like it don't look.

We like to see what we look like with different hair. It's part of the fun of being a girl! I've been dark brown, red, blonde, and black.
If you think it looks rediculous, then don't color your hair! Simple as that.

We dont do it for you... We do it for ourselves. I have dark hair, and I get the crown of my hair highlighted in the summer and then darkened in the winter. Having highlights accentuates your facial features. Thats why we do it.

darling, most girls have "paint" in their hair, as you say... (blondes can dye their hair or get highlights, too!)
except that when it's well done it doesn't show all that much
