According to babyhopes.com here is what I came up with for the next 3 months~~ if your cycle is a regular 28 days,
MONTH 1:
8/26/06 - First day of your cycle
9/06/06 - A little bit fertile
9/07/06 - Fertile
9/08/06 - VERY fertile
9/09/06 - Time to ovulate
9/19/06 - A home pregnancy test may work now.
9/23/06 - End of cycle
9/26/06 - No period? Maybe you're pregnant!
6/02/07 - If you are, this is your approximate due date.
MONTH 2:
9/23/06 - First day of your cycle
10/04/06 - A little bit fertile
10/05/06 - Fertile
10/06/06 - VERY fertile
10/07/06 - Time to ovulate
10/17/06 - A home pregnancy test may work now.
10/21/06 - End of cycle
10/24/06 - No period? Maybe you're pregnant!
6/30/07 - If you are, this is your approximate due date.
MONTH 3:
10/21/06 - First day of your cycle
11/01/06 - A little bit fertile
11/02/06 - Fertile
11/03/06 - VERY fertile
11/04/06 - Time to ovulate
11/14/06 - A home pregnancy test may work now.
Good Luck!

Everyone's cycle is different. There is a myth that woman ovulate 14 days after their period begins...but that is only an AVERAGE and each month can be different. The other thing is that sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days.... so if you are having a shortened cycle one month and you have sex right after your period and you ovulate earlier than day 14 than yes, there is a chance of getting pregnant. They only way to know is to know exactly when you ovulate. There are several ways to know and some are more effective than others. Some can only predict before ovulation happens and some can only predict that is has already happened. The absolute best info I can give you is to go read a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! . It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not.
My husband and I tried for 1 year and had no luck....the first month that I began using the book I realized that my timing was WRONG!. We got pregnant that very first month and I am now due Feb 2, 2007. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths! Even if you don't get into charting and everything....it will help you in so many ways!

Yeah, it is the 13, or 14th after your period when you can get pregnant. But remember, if you had sex 5 days before that you still have the chances of getting pregnant, because sperm can live in a womens body for up to 5 days.

Actually, it is ovulation that determines when your period happens, not the other way around. The Day 14 thing is a myth for all but about 10% of women. Most women ovulate 12-16 days *before* their period starts and within individual women, this rarely deviates by more than a day. Sperm can live in your reproductive tract for up to 5 days given ideal conditions and your peak days of fertility are actually the couple of days before you ovulate. You can estimate when you might be fertile by counting backwards from when your next period is expected. Or you can learn how to chart your cycles and monitor your own fertility signs to know when you are fertile. I highly recommend "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for a thorough understanding of how your cycles work.

WOW, well, never heard the 30 min thing, but you can and could get pregnant ANY time! My first was only 3 days after my period ended, and now this one I think was roughly 3 weeks after it. The 14 days after is your "peak" fertility, but doesnt mean that's your only time. Have sex when you want, but use safe sex precautions. And in case your wondering my first was unplanned, and this one was planned, so doesn't matter much. Good Luck!

It's 14 to 16 days after the first day that your period starts. Don't have sex until the 14th day comes. Otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of sperm before you ovulate. Yes, you should lie on the bed for a while before getting up after sex. It allows the sperm to swim to your ovary before it leaks out of your vagina.

If you are not seeking pregnancy, you should be using protections everytime you have sex, because you never know at what day you'll actually ovulate. Sperm can live inside you for 3-4 days...so you could have sex on Sunday but not ovulate till Tuesday or Wednesday and still end up pregnant.

It depends on how long your cycle is. For some women their cycle is 32 days and some it is 27 days. From there, you have to figure out the midpoint. And yes, when I was TTC I laid in bed for at least 20 minutes after sex with a pillow under my butt. I know it sounds weird, but my friend, my sister, and I all did it and we all got pregnant.

I read to lay with a pillow under your butt, and hold your legs together tightly for about 20 minutes. You will still loose a lot. Don't stress though. If he feels pressured, he may get performance anxiety.. So most of all make it fun! The more excited he gets the more he will ***... Here is a calander that I hope will help you!
