Bison reminds me of the general in the Street Fighter games, M. Bison. JoBu played that game quite often. Bison also reminds me of a large animal that is hunted for meat and the tails of which are the secret ingredient to many a potion of mine.

Buffalo Burgers. I finally had my first one a couple weeks ago at a company picnic. The owner raises them. I did not want to eat it, but I didn't want to insult him either. It ended up turning out pretty well.
