thanks....just wondering as seemingly X-factor, Big Brother, survivor and make-over shows attracts tens of thousands of applicants....I wonder who will apply here to get Best (Honest) Answer

I didn't, but my daughter applied for Survivor. It's her favorite show. She made the video, I filmed it, and we thought it was pretty clever. We had fake snakes jumping out and funny parts and all, but she never heard anything. She was majorly disappointed. She wants to try again, but will think of something different to do in the next video. I also know someone who was APPROACHED to do Survivor. It was a friend of mine's father. He's a Jewish Rabbi. He declined however. That was the first time I heard that Survivor actually goes out and looks for certain types of people. I think it's probably very hard to get on a reality show.

In a be conscious: no. ok some more desirable words: "reality television" in my opinion is basically the exploition of people. And every person who thinks those "people's courtroom" wanna be exhibits or...God forbid....Springer....is reality television might want to no longer keep on with for a niche in my Rolodex.

I applied to a talk show one time. I didn't make it though. I was trying to find my dad when I was 15 years old and the show was like a Montel type show. They were looking for people they could reunite with their familys. I didn't make it because they couldn't find my dad. Don't know if this counts as to what you are asking.
Good news though, I eventually did find my dad... :)

I applied to Survivor -- submitted my video and filled out the application. Never got called though :-(

well never really applied, but was contacted by the Judge Alex show about my taking my small claims suit to his courtroom. I declined

I live in Canada,all reality shows are only open to U.S residents.

No. The same reason I haven't gone on Springer, etc. Don't want to bare my life to the world.
