I'm thinking of purchasing an MP3 player for use as a stereo component (in the same way that my CD player is now). But the MP3 players all seem to have a headphone jack as their only output port. Do they make one with "line out" jacks? I want to plug the MP3 player into my amplifier, but don't want to use the headphone jack if I can avoid it.

I want to plug the MP3 player into my amplifier, but don't want to use the headphone jack if I can avoid it, since a headphone signal is variable (a line-out is a fixed low-level signal) and I don't want to inadvertently overload the input circuitry of the amp.
