If you can't can anyone recommend any other websites where you can download videos.

You can download some Youtube vids by installing Firefox and Installing the VideoDownloader plug in.
You also need to install a FLV player (a quick Google will find you this).

yes
just download FIREFOX browser
and install a component called "DOWNLOAD HELPER"
it wil then be on your browsers main tool bar above.
When you see a video you like, you simply click on it and it will give your the download link , and then you can download it. However the file will be a FLASH file so you'll need another program to convert it. I use "realplayconverter''. It works like a charm, trust me!

No the videos on YouTube are strictly for viewing not downloading.

You can go to 'Tools' then 'internet options' then look for temporary internet files, then click on 'settings' then look for 'veiw files' it should be there somewhere.

I don't know about youtube, but you can do it on limewire.com.
