WHAT HAPPENED
John Mark Karr was not charged in the JonBenet Ramsey case after officials conceded that Karr was not a match for a DNA sample found at the scene of JonBenet's murder.
WHAT'S NEXT
Karr probably will be sent to Sonoma County to answer child pornography charges after an extradition hearing scheduled for this afternoon in Boulder, Colo. But the charges, which date to 2001, are misdemeanors, so he faces limited jail time.

A Californian county has filed an extradition order to have him trialled in California to face five misdemeanor counts of possessing child pornography.
