what was the name of that war documentary that came out a couple of years ago with the guy who was an elected official talking about the bombing of Hiroshima? I can't remember the name but it was such a good movie.

no, no, no - it was a black and white documentary. this guy was talking about the cost of war on human lives. The title was something like the art of war, cost of war,e tc.

"The Fog of War: Eleven Lessons from the Life of Robert S. McNamara". Came out in 2003.
The whole movie is an interview with McNamara where he stares directly at the camera. I believe the part about Hiroshima and Nagasaki is near the beginning.
