Is there a place on the internet where I can type in a phone number and locate that person?

I am trying to find out where a person lives but I only have their phone number. It seems like a few years ago google had a "people find" feature on their home page.

The best way to do this is to type in most of the phone number save last few digits and it should tell you the area that that they live in, sometimes down to the neighbourhood.
I don't think you can find exact address, unless they themselves put it on the web. (I guess this helps to protect us all from stalkers!)

Google,Yahoo and in Canada Canada411, there are search areas, just type in People Search, with both Yahoo and Google it is on there homepages or in there added features.

Whitepages.com gives you the most options in looking up phone numbers.

Contact an attorney. They can get it removed, find out who posted it and the person would face a civil suit and possibly criminal charges.

Anywho still has one, but it doesn't work for cell phones or unlisted numbers.

Avoid reversephonedirectory.com--in my experience they only want to sell you reports.

Just call the number and see who answers. If they don't say their name ask "Who am I speaking with?"
