Check your server settings to make sure they are correct. Also, check to make sure your Internet is actually working. If none of those work, try checking your router settings to make sure the ports for POP3 and SMTP (110 and 25 respectively) are open.

you have the account settings wrong for server info.. Its a POP3 server but its name is not POP3

For incomming server NAME you have POP3..... it should read something like "pop.bobsinternet.com" It needs to match your ISP info .. call thier tech support to get outlook express set up.

Ditto for SMTP server settings.

bypass to the equipment menu (up the authentic) Then go with thoughts. Then contained in the window that opens click on the connections tab ensure the container that announces "ask before switching to dial up" is ticked. And dangle up after deliver and recieve is unticked. that could be it. If no longer then you definitely might want to bypass slightly more desirable deeper into it, yet try that first.
