Check your server settings to make sure they are correct. Also, check to make sure your Internet is actually working. If none of those work, try checking your router settings to make sure the ports for POP3 and SMTP (110 and 25 respectively) are open.

you have the account settings wrong for server info.. Its a POP3 server but its name is not POP3

For incomming server NAME you have POP3..... it should read something like "pop.bobsinternet.com" It needs to match your ISP info .. call thier tech support to get outlook express set up.

Ditto for SMTP server settings.
