O.K let me explain. As everyone knows when a transportation project is scheduled the state offers contractors to bid on projects, if the project is done early then they get a reward, I have seen this reward to go over 1 million bucks before, but the project I am specifically talking about the reward was 600,000, well the contractor finished 6 months early and the reward was given, but however in this case, the contractor did not do stress tests on the concrete, that is where they test to see if the concrete is strong enough to withstand traffic, by the way this was for a major interstate project, and this compromises the integrity of the road, safety factors anyway. I was so mad to hear that the state is giving this contractor anything, let alone any reward. Tell me what your opinion is. I do not work for this contractor or the state; I am just on the inside and have this from a very good source. I was thinking about contacting the media outlets anonymously and see what happens.
